The Tauern cycle trail in 5-7 stages

The Tauern Cycle Trail stretches over an impressive distance of 270 km, which is extended to 310 km if you cycle the entire route from Krimml to Passau. During your tour you will cover a difference in altitude of 600 metres (750 metres to Passau). We recommend planning the route from Pinzgau in the direction of Salzburg/Passau, as you can expect a pleasant downhill section for the most part due to the gentle gradient. Challenging climbs are only to be expected sporadically, so that you can enjoy your ride carefree for the most part.
